Shipping

Goods in stock, which will be ordered on working days by 10 am, will be dispatched within three days. The same applies to goods ordered in pre-order. These goods shall be dispatched not later than three working days after the takeover by the seller. Goods ordered during weekends and public holidays will be dispatched within three working days of receiving the order. The delivery of the order depends on the postal service provider. Goods ordered at the online store www.nazraku.si are delivered by Pošta Slovenije, but for more efficient delivery of ordered goods, the seller reserves the right to choose other delivery services. Customers will be charged a postage at a valid price list. The buyer will be notified of the shipping cost before confirming the order. Upon delivery, the buyer will receive a form containing all information regarding the right to return the goods. They will also be provided with all necessary information regarding the possibility of a complaint, warranty or other services after the expiration of the contract.

Complaints

If the buyer receives goods that have been damaged during transport, the goods must immediately be advertised to the supplier and immediately inform the seller about this. The damaged goods must be returned by the buyer to the seller within 15 days at the latest, and the seller is obliged to send the undamaged goods within three days from the receipt of the goods. In the event that the buyer exercises the warranty in person, the seller must immediately replace the damaged goods if the claim is justified.

Return of goods

The buyer can withdraw from the contract without further clarification within 14 days of receipt of the goods, which must inform the seller to the e-mail address info@nazraku.si or by post to the address of the company within 14 days after receiving the goods. Company Polmar d.o.o. does not bear the costs that will be incurred when the goods purchased are returned. The goods must be returned to the seller by the buyer at the latest within 14 days after the return message has been sent. The return of the goods is not possible if the goods were used, the security seal or the original packaging was removed. Company Polmar d.o.o. it undertakes to repay the entire purchase price to the buyer within 14 days of receipt of the goods.

The Buyer may, within 14 days, return the goods to the Seller under the same conditions as those mentioned in the previous paragraph, which is deemed to have resigned from the Contract even if he did not submit a special withdrawal statement.

Refund for legal entities

If you want an account on a business, you accept business terms that apply to businesses. We allow companies, sole traders and other legal entities to return items of items under warranty terms. Legal entities do not have the option of withdrawing from the contract within 14 days or refunds, as is the case with natural persons.
