These general terms and conditions determine the rights and obligations between Polmar d.o.o., Virmaše 5, 4220, Škofja Loka as the administrator of the website www.nazraku.si and the users or customers of the website www.nazraku.si.
Calls
In order to provide faster and better service and increased availability, we use a mobile number for calls. We do not charge for calls. Please ask your telecommunications operator for the price of a call to a mobile number.
Registration
Users can register to purchase in the online store. Upon registration, each user receives a notification with a link to activate the registration to the email address provided in the registration form. The user can start shopping and confirm the registration via the link received at the email address provided in the registration form.
Guest Shopping
You can shop as a guest on the website www.nazraku.si. A guest is any user of the website www.nazraku.si who has not registered and nevertheless placed an order, for which they had to enter the required information to deliver the ordered goods.
Purchase process
- You select the goods on the website
- You add the selected goods to the cart by clicking on the "ADD TO CART" button
- Click on the cart where all relevant information is displayed
- In the cart, you can change the quantity of the ordered goods by checking the quantity box and entering a new one, remove goods from the cart by clicking on the cart, delete everything you have added to the cart by clicking on the "CLEAR CART" button, select the country for shipping to be informed about the shipping price, choose between different delivery options or proceed to checkout
- Enter your information: email address, first name, last name, address; street, post office, postal code, country and contact phone number
- In the order summary tab, you can check the contents of the cart
- Select the delivery method
- Select the payment method and click on the "PLACE ORDER" button
- A notification will be displayed that the order has been placed, the order number and a notification that we have sent an order confirmation to the entered email address
- You will receive a confirmation email from info@NaZraku.si to your email address with all the information about the order, the time of submission, our email address, the phone number where you can call, from which website with the address you received the mail, how much VAT is and what is the amount for paying for the ordered goods
- Customers who choose payment by invoice will also receive all the necessary information for transferring the purchase price. You will also receive a form for withdrawing from the contract and returning the goods
- By confirming the order, you will be informed of the general terms and conditions of the website www.nazraku.si and the conclusion of a distance sales contract
- You will also receive a form for withdrawal from the contract and return of goods
Placing an order
The purchase contract is concluded when the buyer receives an electronic confirmation of acceptance of the order from the seller. The placed order is binding on the seller only after this confirmation. The order is stored in electronic form on the seller's server and is available to the buyer at the seller's headquarters. The buyer receives a confirmation of the placed order at the registered email address. The buyer who wishes to obtain information about his order must submit a request by email to info@NaZraku.si or by phone to +386 (0)41 723 357. The seller will provide the buyer with a copy of the order in the appropriate format no later than three working days from receipt of the request.
Payment method
The buyer can pay for the goods by pro forma invoice to the seller's bank account, upon receipt of the delivery to the delivery service or the person delivering the goods, by payment card or cash upon personal collection in the store. The buyer's order, placed through the online store, is the basis for preparing the appropriate invoice or shipping the goods with payment upon receipt or by pro forma invoice, depending on the payment method chosen by the buyer in the order placement process.
The buyer receives the invoice by mail together with the ordered goods.
For a faster and more favorable delivery process, we recommend choosing payment by pro forma invoice, as this way you avoid paying a commission for handling cash and payment cards, delivery services for collection and transfer of the purchase price.
Prices
All product prices in the online store are in euros and include VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Delivery costs are not included in the price of the products. Prices are valid at the time the buyer places the order, or those that were in force at the time the order was received by the online store are valid. The price guarantee period is 3 days from receipt of the order, which is also the maximum time for shipping goods from stock. The price can only be changed if both the buyer and the seller agree to this.
Online price
The online price applies to all NaZraku.si users. You become a registered user by registering in the online store. Registered users can track their orders.
Shipping price list
After adding goods to the cart, you can check the shipping price at any time in the cart in the "ESTIMATE SHIPPING" tab. The shipping price depends on the weight of the goods and changes depending on the total weight of the ordered goods.
Purchase
After placing the order, the buyer will receive a notification by e-mail specified in the registration process. The buyer can cancel the order within one hour of placing it. We will review the confirmed order, check the product inventory and confirm or reject it with an explanation. For the accuracy of the data specified in the registration process, the seller can also contact the buyer by phone. The seller will provide the buyer with an order confirmation, which makes the contract for the purchase of the ordered goods irrevocably concluded.
Purchase agreement
The purchase agreement is considered concluded at the moment the buyer confirms the order, and the seller sends him a notification about it in an e-mail. Despite exceptional efforts to provide the most up-to-date and accurate data, it may happen that the price information is incorrect. In this case, or in the event that the price of the product changes during the processing of the order, NaZraku.si will allow the buyer to withdraw from the purchase.
Withdrawal from the contract
The buyer has the right to inform us within 14 days that he withdraws from the contract, without having to state the reason for his decision.
Exception to the right to withdraw from the contract
Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the consumer does not have the right to withdraw from the contract in the following cases:
- goods or services depending on market fluctuations beyond the seller's control;
- goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized;
- perishable goods or goods with a short expiry date;
- services fully performed with consumer’s prior consent and acknowledgment of losing withdrawal right;
- sealed audio/video or software if unsealed after delivery;
- newspapers, periodicals or magazines, except subscriptions;
- sealed goods unsuitable for return due to health/hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery;
- goods inseparably mixed with other items;
- alcoholic beverages with value tied to market fluctuation and delivered after 30 days;
- public auctions;
- urgent repairs or maintenance requested by the consumer;
- accommodation, transport of goods, vehicle rental, catering or leisure services for specific dates;
- digital content not on a tangible medium, where performance has started with consumer’s consent and acknowledgment of losing withdrawal right.
Shipping
Goods in stock ordered by 10 a.m. on weekdays will be shipped within three days. Pre-orders will also be shipped within three working days of receiving stock. Orders during weekends and holidays are processed within three working days of receipt. NaZraku.si primarily uses Pošta Slovenije but reserves the right to use other delivery services. Buyers will be informed of shipping costs before confirming their order. With delivery, the buyer will receive a form regarding the right to return. Necessary information about complaints, warranty, or post-contractual services will be included.
Complaints about delivered goods
The risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer upon physical receipt or when received by a designated third party (not the carrier). If the buyer arranges transport not offered by the seller, the risk passes upon delivery to that carrier. The seller fulfills their obligation by giving the consumer actual possession or control of the goods.
Return of goods
The buyer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, by notifying the seller via email at info@NaZraku.si, by mail, or by phone at +386 (0)41 723 357. The withdrawal form is available online. The buyer must return goods within 14 days of notification. Polmar d.o.o. does not cover return costs. The purchase price will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Returned goods sent with payment on delivery will not be accepted.
Conformity of goods
Subjectively, goods are considered compliant when they:
- match the description, type, quantity, and quality as agreed in the contract,
- are fit for the specific purpose the consumer made known at the time of purchase and agreed upon by the seller,
- include all accessories and installation instructions as stated in the contract,
- are updated as agreed in the contract.
Objectively, goods are compliant when they:
- are suitable for their usual purpose, based on standards or good industry practices,
- match the quality and description of a sample provided, if applicable,
- include packaging, instructions, or installation guides a consumer may reasonably expect,
- meet expected durability, functionality, compatibility, and safety standards.
Public statements (advertising, labelling, etc.) by the seller or third parties (e.g., manufacturer) are considered unless the seller proves:
- they were unaware and could not reasonably have been aware of the statement,
- the statement was corrected before the contract was concluded, or
- the statement could not have influenced the consumer’s decision.
Conformity is established also by comparing with other faultless products of the same type and with manufacturer’s claims.
Reporting non-conformity of goods
The buyer must report any non-conformity with a detailed description and allow inspection. Notification can be sent by post or email and must include:
- Buyer's details (name, address, email, phone)
- Invoice number, invoice and delivery date
- Description of the non-conformity
Important: The returned product must include all original accessories to be eligible for a non-conformity claim.
The right to claim non-conformity is governed by the Consumer Protection Act. It may be claimed within 2 years from delivery. If non-conformity is discovered within 1 year, it is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery unless the seller proves otherwise or if incompatible with the nature of the product or defect.
Warranty
For goods with warranty, the buyer receives a certificate with details on the duration, conditions and availability of spare parts no later than upon delivery.
Privacy Statement
Polmar d.o.o. collects personal data such as email address, name, home or work address, and phone number. The data is used to operate the website and deliver requested services. It may also be used to inform users about other available products or services, but no more than 4 notifications per month will be sent.
Polmar d.o.o. will not sell or rent collected personal data to third parties in accordance with applicable law. The company may occasionally contact individuals on behalf of business partners, but without sharing their personal data with those partners.
Personal data may be disclosed to authorities without the user’s consent if required by law.
Security
Polmar d.o.o. protects personal data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. Sensitive payment data is protected using an SSL certificate issued by an authorized organization.
Polmar d.o.o. is not responsible for data disclosure due to the user's inadequate hardware/software. Users must ensure that no malicious software is installed on the devices used to access the website.
Cessation of notification
Users may at any time request in writing (by email or mail) that Polmar d.o.o. permanently or temporarily stop using their data for direct marketing. This will be done within 15 days and the user will be notified by email.
Data collection
For website usage analysis and ad targeting, Polmar d.o.o. may collect data on individual visits to the site and to other sites accessed from www.nazraku.si. This data is not linked to individuals or their personal data.

All rights to the website www.nazraku.si are reserved. Information and materials are protected by the intellectual property rights of Polmar d.o.o. You may download materials for personal, non-commercial home use, provided copyright and other notices are retained.
Reproduction, modification, redistribution or publication of materials without prior written permission is prohibited. Use of any part of www.nazraku.si for other purposes than private, non-commercial use is not allowed.
These restrictions do not apply to Polmar d.o.o.
Limitation of liability
Polmar d.o.o. strives for the best website performance but provides no guarantees of uninterrupted operation. All users access and use the site at their own risk.
Neither Polmar d.o.o. nor other parties involved in the creation, update, or content delivery are liable for any damage from site use or inability to use it.

These general terms and conditions take effect on the day they are published on www.nazraku.si. Polmar d.o.o. may amend them anytime and will notify registered users of major changes at least 7 days in advance.
Resolution of consumer disputes
Polmar d.o.o. respects applicable consumer protection legislation and ensures effective complaint handling. Consumers can contact us via phone, email, or mail.
The complaint process is confidential. Due to the imbalance between dispute value and resolution cost, we strive for amicable solutions.
Out-of-court settlement of consumer disputes
In accordance with law, Polmar d.o.o. does not recognize any provider of out-of-court consumer dispute resolution as competent for such matters.
If amicable resolution fails, disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the court in Škofja Loka.
Use of the website
By using the website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
