HHL Vital Protection is a unique textile impregnation treatment that provides long-term protection against a wide range of biting insects such as mosquitoes, ticks, bed bugs, sand flies and fleas. Biting insects are not only an inconvenience, but also pose a serious health risk. Not only biting insects cause painful, itchy bites, but also life-threatening diseases such as malaria, dengue fever, Lyme and West Nile virus. Vital Protection is 90% effective in warding off blood flow and bites, giving the user peace of mind that he can experience "safe adventures". The range of applications of Vital Protection is unlimited as people travel to wider and more exotic destinations and because the spread of diseases caused by biting insects is only increasing.
HHL protection not only presents and soothes the end user with a major health problem, but also inhibits the breakdown of odor-causing bacteria and tissue - 3 enviable benefits in a key product. HHL Vital Protection is ideal for a whole host of textile applications!
Main benefits:
Significantly reduces and reduces the health risks of insect bites
antibacterial
Inhibits the breakdown of the substance
Durable, long-term effectiveness
Cost effective
No negative impact on the fabric handle - especially when used in conjunction with HHL Technology BaseTex plasticizers
Environmentally Friendly - The most advanced feature means you wash it less often (saves energy and water) and keep the garment longer (so you can wear it longer and replace less).
Vital Protection's chemistry is safe and environmentally friendly
Excellent washing resistance
It has no negative influence on moisture transport
No negative effects on the feel of the fabric
Safe and non-toxic chemicals
Proven effectiveness and independent recommendations
How does it work?
The active ingredient of Vital Protection is permethrin - a completely safe yet highly effective chemistry. In nature, certain flowers, such as the chrysanthemum, are used to create a repellent with almost identical properties. Permethrin is a synthetic version of this naturally occurring biological protection. It is odorless and, if used properly, will not affect the environment or the garment / equipment to which it is applied. This unique chemistry, which we have successfully developed for tissue uptake, immediately repels insects when their nervous systems detect a threat. In most cases when mosquitoes and other stinging insects feel that this drug, they are immediately extinguished and fly out to find a more digestible victim!
Washing instructions:
Washing clothes impregnated with HHL can be machine washed with detergent. We recommend to wash at 30C, and not to dry in the dryer. As a result, the impregnation agent stays in the fabric longer.
After +/- 50 washes it can no longer be guaranteed that the fabric is still 100% protected against insects. From 50, the HHL will slowly decrease, this does not mean that after 50 washes the fabric is NO longer protected, it is less protective than before.

HOW DO I MEASURE THE RIGHT SIZE?
If you want to measure your sizes, it is best to do this when you only wear underwear. This prevents the measurements from becoming larger and or deviating. Use a tape measure in centimeters (cm) and don't pull the tape measure too tight around you. The sizes refer to standard sizes. With lined products, it is advisable to always take a size bigger.
- Height in cm: Measure in an upright position from the bottom of the foot to the top of the head.
- Chest circumference in cm: To measure your chest circumference, place the tape measure around the widest point of your chest.
- Bottom width: To measure the bottom width of your bust, place the tape measure just below the breasts.
- Waist in cm: To measure your waist, place the tape measure where your waist is narrowest all around.
- Hip circumference in cm: To measure your hip circumference , place the measuring tape at the widest point of your hips / buttocks.
- Leg length in cm: To measure your leg length, place the measuring tape on the crotch and measure to the bottom of the leg.
- Head circumference in cm: To measure your head circumference, place the tape measure around your forehead about 1.5cm above the eyebrows. Then pull the measuring tape backwards horizontally. Don't hesitate between two sizes. Then choose the largest size.

See below the international standard size charts for women's undergarments.
