The Qeedo Smart Tarp Hex is difficult to put in a drawer. The construction options, the application and use are simply too versatile. Whether as a classic trekking tarp, as a shelter, as an awning, as a stem, as an extension or tent replacement, as a beach tent or as an emergency bivouac or emergency accommodation. Whenever a simple, quick to set up and, above all, dry storage is required, the Smart Tarp can be set up and anchored in a few simple steps. The loops distributed all around are extremely robust and thanks to additional material underlay and double seams very stable even with high tension. Additional hanging loops in the middle of the tarp allow many more construction options and suspensions on trees, bushes or poles.
The Smart Tarp Hex is one of the strongest in the segment because of its double-sided seams and triangle around places where tension can be expected. The Smart Tarp comes with bright red aluminum Y-pegs pegs and Dyneema guy lines. The high-quality Dyneema is known for its high load capacity and stability, and is in our opinion the only material that must be used for a real Smart Tarp. The extremely light (15 gr.) Y-peg pegs are made of a bright red coating and therefore stand out well. Thanks to its well thought-out design and robust design, the Smart Tarp is versatile. By using diamond-shaped material, the traction of the Smart Tarp is enormous. This will cause sagging or 'loosening', which is often the case with cheaper exported tarps, to belong to the past. Ideal for shade and canopy.
