STRUCTURE:
The military shed consists of a robust galvanized iron armor for electrolysis, with tubular Ø 28xsp.1 mm, all of equal length, and angles Ø 32xsp.1.5 mm, all numbered, to simplify assembly operations as much as possible. The peculiarity of the structure lies in its self-supporting form, that is, capable of being moved, once assembly is complete, and also laid on concrete or asphalt pavements, without necessarily being staked to the ground, since the fixing of the external part of the tent takes place directly on the tubular cross members of the structure, on the base perimeter. If necessary separately, tension ropes are then supplied to be applied to the hooks of the roof of the external sheet, to be anchored to suitable concrete bases to hold the whole shed on the ground in case of strong wind.
A further strengthening of the structure is provided by the chains supplied to be fixed to the corners of the roof to create a truss capable of withstanding weight increases on the roof of the shed, such as during short snowfalls or strong winds.
EXTERNAL COVER:
The outer fabric is made of a 50% cotton / 50% polyester blend fabric, waterproof with a weight of 330 g / m2 in dark blue color. The peculiarity of the fabric lies not only in the waterproofing that makes it resistant to water infiltrations in case of rain, but also in the excellent transpiration, fundamental in the periods of summer use or in case of high humidity of the air, when the fabric is important that it does not allow the formation of condensation in its internal part. On it, there are openings on both fronts, hermetically sealed with sturdy hinges and protected, against rain or wind, by protruding roofs. By approaching the same frontally to several sheds of the same models and by applying the fabric gutters (optional), a continuous series can be created.
On the sides, on both sides, there are large openings protected by mosquito nets to allow great brightness and ventilation in the inside of the tent. The same are protected against rain or wind, by a cover in transparent material and for the night, by a layer of external fabric that covers the whole. All the corners of the roof sheet are internally reinforced by large pieces in very resistant anti-tear fabric. On the outside, the hooks are sewn at the top to apply the tension ropes (optional) to fix the entire shed to the ground. On the base perimeter there is sewn a flap in rot-proof material for the conveyance of rainwater into the appropriate collection channel. The stratum is also useful to avoid drafts of wind inside the shed. Assembly instructions, pegs and tension ropes for the covers of the exterior doors are supplied with the shed.
INTERNAL CHAMBER( optional) :
To make the stay in the shed more comfortable, especially for long periods or even to create thermal insulation from the outside, especially in the winter season, the room with floor in three different sizes is also available separately. The interior fabric is 100% cotton, waterproof with an orange or light gray weight of 212 g / m2 (depending on availability). Also for the fabric of the room as for the exterior, the particularity lies, as well as in the waterproofing that makes it resistant to water infiltrations in case of rain, also in the excellent perspiration, essential in the periods of summer use or in case of strong humidity of the air, when the fabric is important that does not allow the formation of condensation in its internal part. Sewn to it there is a very heavy PVC coated polyester fabric, glossy lacquered and fireproof class 2 RF 1/75 and 3/77, weighing 650 gr / m2, and with high characteristics of resistance to traction and tearing. Each room, in the three sizes, has the peculiarity of being able to be installed indifferently in one of the three shed models. This is to allow larger sheds to combine with smaller rooms, so as to also allow a protected stay before entering the room. On the two vertical walls that form the fronts, in correspondence with the doors on the outside, there are the doors on the chamber, hermetically sealed with sturdy hinges. The design of the bedroom door has been studied and created on purpose to ensure that the part of the floor of the front always remains in a vertical position, in order to resist large puddles formed during violent downpours. To this end, the joints of the floor are all by welding and not by sewing to.
