The interior fabric is 100% cotton, waterproof with an orange or light gray weight of 212 g / m2 (depending on availability). Also for the fabric of the room as for the exterior, the particularity lies, as well as in the waterproofing that makes it resistant to water infiltrations in case of rain, also in the excellent perspiration, essential in the periods of summer use or in case of strong humidity of the air, when the fabric is important that does not allow the formation of condensation inside it. Sewn to it there is a very heavy PVC coated polyester fabric, glossy and fireproof lacquered class 2 RF 1/75 and 3/77 , weighing 650 gr / m2, and with high tensile and tear resistance characteristics.
Each room, in the three sizes, has the peculiarity of being able to be installed indifferently in one of the three shed models.
This is to allow larger sheds to combine with smaller rooms, so as to also allow a protected stay before entering the room. On the two vertical walls that form the fronts, in correspondence with the doors on the outside, there are the doors on the chamber, hermetically sealed with sturdy hinges. The design of the bedroom door has been studied and created on purpose to ensure that the part of the floor of the front always remains in a vertical position, in order to resist large puddles formed during violent downpours. To this end, the joints of the floor are all by welding and not by sewing to make the fabric completely watertight from the infiltration of water from the ground.
Frontally on one side, there is a hole with a tear-away closable hose to seal it from the outside, which allows the passage of electrical cables for lighting, heating or whatever. On the sides, on both sides and in correspondence with the windows obtained on the external sheet, there are large openings protected by mosquito nets to allow great brightness and ventilation in the internal part of the tent. The same are protected for the night by a layer of fabric equipped with hinges that can be operated from inside the room, which covers the whole.
All the corners of the chamber cloth on the upper part of the roof are internally reinforced by large pieces in very resistant anti-tear fabric from which the hook to fix the chamber to the structure departs. The roof of the chamber is also provided with special reinforced slots through which the structure's truss chain is passed. In the central vertex of the chamber and starting from the side of the hose, hooks are sewn to support any lighting system.
The tent is completely designed assembled and packaged in the laboratory and workshop of our office, using the best materials coming exclusively from Italy or the European Community .
